know the following:
a) where you are going
b) who you are meeting
c) a contact number for you

what time you are planning to be back

Only ever arrange to meet new people in a public place

you ever have any experiences when meeting another
Fogger in the 'real world' that leave you feeling
uncomfortable etc.
